For 2019 FedEx, UPS and USPS will be raising there rates. This has nothing to do with me I only charge my customers the actual rate charged to me.
UPS will be raising its rates by 4.9% 
FedEx will be raising its rates by 4.9%
USPS will be raising its rates by 5.9% Domestic Priority mail
Priority mail 3.9%
There will be a 11.9% average increase for domestic First Class packages
